Itinerary

  • Pick up the passengers, in a 4u00d74 vehicle, travel in the direction of Chiguata, to the Pampas del Misti. The car trip lasts an hour and a half to 3,400 meters, where we will begin the tour.nnThe ascent will take approximately five hours to the base camp, which is located at 4,665 meters. Along the way you can see the flora and fauna of the place such as cacti and different birds.nnWhen we arrive at the camp we will prepare our tents and eat. This day ends with a beautiful sunset.

  • After breakfast at 3 a.m. we will begin the ascent towards the summit slowly for approximately six hours to the summit at 5,825 meters. nnFrom here you can see the Chachani volcanoes, Pichu Pichu, the Aguada Blanca National Reserve and a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Arequipa. nnAfter observing the landscape, resting and taking photos, we will begin the return to the base camp, the return being fun and easy. nnHere the car is waiting for us that will take us back to the city of Arequipa and its hotels.nArrival will be approximately 4:00 p.m.
