Itinerary
07:45h After hotel pick up, start our journey to the Colca Valley, making stops along the road north in Pampa Cau00f1ahuas National Reserve Salinas and Aguada Blanca. nnWe make stops at Tocra Pampa, then Patapampa which has one of the highest spots in the Colca circuit and an ideal viewpoint of the Andes to appreciate a variety of flora and fauna in the area and a panoramic view of the slopes and terraces formed during the geological erosion of the canyon on the road. nnArrive in Chivay where you will have lunch (own expenses).nNext we go to Hotel - check inn. nn15:00h Start the 2 to 3-hours horse ride along the countryside of Yanque village, cross on the bridge to the right side in the valley, then we will appreciate the landscapes with their mountains and many Inca terraces if we look down there is the colca river and along the valley the different picturesque little towns. Later return to the Hotel then on your own you can visit the hot springs (own expense). nOvernight at your hotel.

Arrive in Chivay where you will have lunch (own expense), then continue on to our Hotel and check in to your hotel that generally it will be in the town of Yanque because the horseriding in the afternoon.
Yanque is Quiet beautifull village with nice local people and many things to discover.
Day 1 afternoon our local tour instructor guide pick you up from the hotel and start the horseriding with some stops seeing inca and preinca terraces.nLocal people and we are going to ger to this archaeological site called Uyo, Uyo.nIf, there is access to ride otherwise we can go walking.
At the end of the horseriding we can visit the hot Yanque's village hot spring. It is beautiful place to relax in the middle of the nature. The entrance fee is not included it is USD5.
Local museum located at Yanque village's the main square. It would be a inteesting place to visit for you.
06:00h After breakfast, travel by bus about an hour and half to the Mirador de la Cruz del Condor to see a spectacular view of the flight of the Condors while observing the depth of the Colca Canyon, the deepest in the world. Spend approximately 2-hours here. You will also have the option to take a 1-hour hike (optional). nnWe come back with some stops in the traditional villages like Maca, next Chivay where you will stop for about 1-hours to have lunch (own expense).nFinally come back to Arequipa City direct journey, arriving about 17:00h.
