  • Snorkeling equipment (mask and breathing tube) is provided in adult sizes only. Children are advised to bring their own equipment as smaller sizes are not available on-site.

  • Travelers are encouraged to bring their own drinking water, insect repellent, sunblock, and an extra set of clothes if participating in water activities.

  • A Chinese New Year (CNY) surcharge of RM35 per person applies from 16 to 23 February 2026. This surcharge is not included in the ticket price and must be paid directly by the guest to the operator on-site.
