We will take a stroll in the Glen and, if you wish, walk to the lovely Rhenass Waterfall. There will then be an opportunity to browse the Manx Farm Shop for quality locally made items.
We will take a short walk in the glen where the Bishops of the Isle of Man lived and take a look at Bishopscourt itself, ancient seat of the Bishops of Sodor and Man from 13th to the 20th Century
This beautiful lake drained the swampy area next to the sea (moorage in Manx Gaelic) and will provide the sort for us to take some refreshments (not included)
Your guide will take you to Milntown House, former home of the powerful Christian family who owned extensive land in the north of the the Island and took important offices of state in the Tynwald and Judiciary for centuries.
