Itinerary
We start at Plaza de Santa Teresa, where we admire the wall and the lively atmosphere of the heart of u00c1vila. We walk along Paseo del Rastro, with its views over the valley and the Sierra, to the nearby Basilica of Santa Teresa, built on his birthplace. We continue to the Chico Market, former main square and center of civil life. From there, we arrive at the Cathedral, a fortress of faith and stone, a mixture of styles and centuries. We walk through the Walls, symbol of the city, and access its adarves to contemplate Avila from above. We finish in the Basilica of St. Vincent, jewel of the Romanesque, where history and legend are intertwined in each stone.
