• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

• Infants are required to sit on an adultu2019s lap

• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels

• Children: Flotation devices for children under age 3 are not available. Parents or guardians must bring an appropriate flotation device.

• What to Bring: Please bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes and any personal essentials you may need after swimming.

• Please be aware that the tour start time may vary depending on the time of year to ensure the best experience.

• Natural Phenomenon: Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon, and its intensity may vary nightly due to environmental conditions.

• Photos shown are for illustrative purposes and are typically captured using professional cameras under optimal conditions. The appearance and intensity of bioluminescence may differ from what is visible to the naked eye or experienced on the night of your tour.

• Tours are scheduled according to moon phases, so availability may vary.

• Total tour time includes travel time, with the actual Bioluminescence Tour lasting 2 hours from dock to dock.

• Seven Mile Beach Pickup: Hotel pickup is available within the Seven Mile Beach area only. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking.

• Kaibo Dock: Guests may also meet at Kaibo Dock. Your exact meeting time will be provided after booking.

• Outside Pickup Area / No Hotel Information: Guests staying outside the Seven Mile Beach pickup area, or who do not provide accommodation information at the time of booking, must meet at Raleigh Quay Private Dock, 292 Raleigh Quay.

• Swimming: Swimming in Bioluminescent Bay is optional. Guests may also experience the bioluminescence from the boat.

• Protecting the Bioluminescence: To help protect the delicate organisms that create the bioluminescence, please do not touch or disturb marine life or the seabed while in the water. Guests entering the bay should not apply sunscreen, lotions, oils, insect repellent or other skin products before swimming.

• Weather: This tour operates rain or shine. Operations may be modified, delayed or canceled when weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to operate or when restrictions are issued by the Cayman Islands Port Authority. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unsafe conditions, guests will receive a full refund.

• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

• Mobility: Transportation can accommodate foldable/collapsible wheelchairs only. Guests must be able to board and exit the boat independently and should have sufficient balance, stability and mobility for boat boarding and movement onboard.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
