After the pick up at the hotel, we will move forward to the Cacao Farm.
This is a typical family farm located on the outskirts of the city of Guayaquil, just 50 kilometers away, surrounded by plantations of various fruits, including oranges, bananas, star fruit, macadamia trees, lemons, and various other fruit trees, in addition to the most important fruit, which is cacao. Most of these products will be the ingredients for your lunch, and most of them are organic products harvested on the farm itself. You can taste seasonal fruits during your tour.
Become a master chocolatier for a day. In our artisan workshop, you will not only grind your own cocoa, but also learn the art of tempering: the secret technique that makes chocolate shine, crackle, and maintain its perfect solidity. You will also give free rein to your creativity by making your own artisan chocolates with ingredients from the farm.
