From June 15th to August 31st, thousands of seabirds gather around Anda Lighthouse and the waters outside Stø and Nyksund to breed and raise their young. This seasonal wildlife spectacle offers a unique opportunity to observe some of Northern Norway’s most iconic bird species in their natural habitat.
Continue to the offshore reefs where large colonies of harbor seals gather to rest, socialize, and care for their pups. In fact, Øksnes is home to Norway’s largest population of harbor seals, making this one of the country’s best places to observe these fascinating animals in the wild.

Our adventure takes you to Anda, the famous bird cliff just off the coast of Stu00f8, where thousands of seabirds nest on the dramatic vertical rock face. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to observe an incredible variety of birdlife, including puffins, white-tailed eagles, razorbills, guillemots, kittiwakes, cormorants, northern gannets, Arctic skuas, and many other seabird species.nBring your camera to capture unforgettable moments, or simply sit back and enjoy the rich wildlife and breathtaking surroundings. If we're lucky, we may even spot whales along the way!nAfter visiting the bird cliff, we'll cruise along the shoreline to look for seals resting on the coastal rocks.nThe tour departs from and returns to Nyksund and lasts approximately 90 minutes. nCome and experience the unforgettable wildlife and stunning nature of Northern Norway from the sea!
