Mjelle Beach is famous for its white and red sands, the latter coloured by natural garnet minerals. This peaceful stretch of coastline offers a serene atmosphere, scenic views, and a gentle walk suitable for beginners and families.

Perfect for nature lovers and photographers, Mjelle Beach is known as one of the best spots near Bodø to admire Arctic landscapes and, in summer, the Midnight Sun. Enjoy the calm shoreline, stroll barefoot, or simply relax and take in the beauty of this secluded bay.
