Itinerary
We set off from Washington, D.C. in the morning and drive north to Philadelphia, the u201cCity of Brotherly Love,u201d tracing the road from the nationu2019s capital to the birthplace of American independence.
Step into whatu2019s often called u201cthe most historic square mile in America.u201d In a short visit youu2019ll see the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, and the historic buildings around Independence Square, with its milky-white clock tower and bronze statues of the founding heroes set across the lawns.
If youu2019d like, ride to the top of One World Trade Center, the u201cFreedom Tower.u201d At 1,776 feet, a nod to the year the Declaration of Independence was signed, itu2019s the tallest building in the United States, and its Discovery Level offers 360-degree views over the city, the rivers, and the harbor.
New York City Fortune Tour and New York Twilight Tour:nnContinue into New York for a guided tour of the worldu2019s financial capital, taking in the districtu2019s landmarks by coach and on foot across four areas. Youu2019ll pass the Canyon of Heroes and the historic Woolworth Building, then the heart of Wall Street at the New York Stock Exchange, Federal Hall, Trinity Church, and the famous Charging Bull. The route carries on to Rockefeller Center and the Diamond District, finishing among the Plaza Hotel, Times Square, and the Nasdaq MarketSite. All sites are viewed from the outside.nNew York Twilight Tour: As night falls, the city takes on a different character. Today we continue to explore the fashion capital of New York. The first stop is the World Trade Center Observation Deck, where you can have a birdu2019s eye view of New York City. Then take the Statue of Liberty cruise around the island to see the statue of freedom in all directions. Then we came to New York Internet celebrity Big Pinecone, which is like the crown jewel of Hudson Yards. Finally, we will check out New Yorku2019s new internet celebrity landmark, the Suspended Park. Liberty Cruise (Optional, 60 mins): Start the day on the water with an optional harbor cruise. Youu2019ll see the Statue of Liberty up close from the boat, along with skyline views of Manhattan and both banks of the Hudson that are hard to capture from land.
U.S.S. Intrepid (Optional, 75 mins): Step aboard the U.S.S. Intrepid, a legendary World War II aircraft carrier turned museum. Explore vintage military jets, a submarine, and hands-on exhibits that bring the lives of those who served vividly to life. The scale of the ship alone is worth the visit.
Even without climbing it, the Vessel at Hudson Yards is a striking sight, a honeycomb of interlocking staircases that New Yorkers nicknamed the u201cbig pine cone.u201d Walking around the base gives a real sense of its scale and design.
Just along the waterfront is Little Island, New Yorku2019s newest park, floating above the Hudson on sculptural concrete u201ctulips.u201d Its winding paths and lush greenery make a refreshing contrast to the city streets and a unique view of the river.
From there itu2019s the drive back to Washington, D.C., wrapping up two days across three of the East Coastu2019s defining cities.

Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

Hotel Rooms: Accommodate 2-4 guests with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed (based on availability); deposits are processed via credit card. For groups over four or separate rooms, please book separately.

Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
