Route Basics Cycling Distance & Duration: Approximately 6 km to 10 km (3.7 to 6.2 miles), taking roughly 2 to 2.5 hours at a leisurely, relaxed pace with frequent stopping points for photos and guided storytelling. Terrain: Paved roads and township streets featuring mostly flat terrain with a few minor inclines. Optional Walking Segment: Includes an optional 10-minute guided walking segment through a local shantytown, providing an intimate, respectful look into local residential life. Participation & Safety Guidelines Bicycle Prerequisite: Riders choosing the bicycle option must be able to ride a bicycle independently and comfortably maintain balance on public roads. Safety Briefing & Helmets: A short safety briefing is conducted prior to departure, and protective helmets are provided and required for all cyclists. Tuk-Tuk Alternative: A motorized tuk-tuk option is available for non-riders, travelers who prefer not to cycle, or anyone seeking a more relaxed ride alongside the cycling group. Age Guidance: Bicycle Option: Recommended for riders 12 years and older (who meet the independent riding requirement). Tuk-Tuk Option: Children of all ages are welcome to ride safely in the tuk-tuk accompanied by an adult. Senior Guidance: Seniors or travelers seeking a low-impact option are encouraged to select the tuk-tuk option to enjoy the full itinerary and landmarks comfortably without physical exertion. Pregnancy Advisory: Expectant mothers are advised to select the comfortable tuk-tuk option rather than cycling, and may opt out of the short walking segment over uneven ground if desired.
