Itinerary
Here is the updated step-by-step journey, removing the language reference while maintaining the flow of the service:nnEffortless Booking and ConfirmationnnThe process begins with an easy online reservation where you provide your flight details and hotel name. Once confirmed, you will receive a digital voucher and the contact details for your support team. We monitor your flight in real-time, so whether you land early or face a delay, your assistant will be ready and waiting exactly when you arrive.nnArrival and Personal GreetingnnOnce you clear customs and enter the Batumi Airport arrivals hall, look for your meeting point. Your personal assistant will be standing there with a prominent sign featuring your name. They will greet you, assist with basic navigation through the terminal, and guide you to the bus boarding area, saving you from the stress of finding the correct platform or negotiating with independent drivers.nnThe Guided JourneynnYour assistant follows you onto the bus and manages the boarding process. Because this is a high-efficiency transit service, seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis; during peak hours, your assistant will help coordinate standing room to ensure everyone is comfortable and together. Throughout the 20 to 30-minute scenic drive along the coast, your assistant is available to answer questions and will keep track of the route so you don't have to worry about missing your stop.nnFinal Escort to Your DoornnWhen the bus reaches the city center, the service continues beyond the bus stop. Your assistant will lead you on foot from the vehicle directly to your hotelu2019s front desk. This ensures you won't get lost in the city streets with your luggage. Only once you are safely inside your hotel lobby for check-in is the service complete, providing a truly seamless transition from the runway to your room.
