To ensure smooth coordination, your pickup time should match your flight's arrival time.
Please provide the number of luggage items each traveler will be bringing at the time of booking to ensure appropriate transportation arrangements.
Two pieces of luggage per traveller is covered in the booking price. Undeclared excess of this may be subject to additional charges at our discretion on arrival.

We meet our clients in the airport's arrival hall with a sign with the lead traveller's name.
We provide a complimentary 60-minute wait time. If this period is exceeded without prior communication, the reservation will be marked as a no-show, and payments will be non-refundable.

If you are meeting passengers from other flights, we recommend scheduling transfers to coincide with the latest arriving flight. Wait times exceeding the complimentary period will incur extra charges.
