And also you can taste the incredible Georgian cheese, some varieties of which are even listed on the list of UNESCO intangible cultural heritage. The last point of our immersion in Georgian winemaking will be a special bar. The wines presented here are more familiar to the public, but the highlight is that you will not find them in any of the cityu2019s wineries, as exceptional sorts can only be found here.
