• This package includes one excursion in Cozumel and another in Costa Maya, completed on different days of your cruise. The order may be reversed depending on your shipu2019s itinerary, and separate meeting instructions will be provided for each port. nnMeet your guide at the designated meeting point in Cozumel and begin your island adventure behind the wheel of a fun buggy or open-top Jeep. After a quick safety briefing, follow the caravan along Cozumelu2019s coastal roads toward the islandu2019s wild east side.nnStop at a laid-back Caribbean beach to swim, play volleyball, or relax beside the sea. Then continue to a second beachfront location for guided shore snorkeling among colorful coral formations and tropical fish.nnBack on shore, enjoy an oceanfront lunch with your choice of chicken fajitas, fish tacos, or cheese quesadillas.

• Complete your Cozumel adventure with the option selected when booking. Each experience is available by Jeep or buggy:nnIsland Tour: Enjoy additional beach time to swim, relax, and soak up the Caribbean sun.nPunta Sur Eco Park: Explore mangroves, wildlife, and coastal scenery at Cozumelu2019s largest ecological reserve. Admission included.nSan Gervasio Mayan Ruins: Discover Cozumelu2019s most important archaeological site during a guided visit. Admission included.

• Meet your guide at Plaza Las Fuentes, located outside the Costa Maya port complex. This excursion departs one hour after your cruise ship arrives in port.nnTravel through the Costa Maya countryside to Chacchoben, an ancient Maya city hidden within the tropical jungle. Follow your guide through ceremonial plazas and along jungle trails as you discover restored temples, archaeological structures, and vegetation-covered mounds still awaiting exploration.nnLearn about the cityu2019s history, traditions, and role in the ancient Maya world during your guided visit.

• Continue to the Lakeshore Club on Bacalaru2019s famous Lagoon of Seven Colors.nnEnjoy approximately two hours to swim in the clear freshwater, explore the lagoon by kayak, or relax on a lounger while taking in its shifting shades of blue and turquoise. Kayaks and mandatory life vests are included.nnComplete your visit with a taco lunch featuring your choice of chicken fajitas, chorizo with potatoes, or al pastor, accompanied by chips, salsa, and homemade sauces. Non-alcoholic refreshments and two alcoholic drinks for guests 21 and older are also included before returning to Costa Maya.

• Cruise Ship Information: Cruise ship guests must provide the full name of their cruise ship when booking. This information is required to coordinate both excursions with your cruise itinerary.

• Two-Port Experience: This 2-in-1 experience includes one excursion in Cozumel and one in Costa Maya. The order depends on your cruise itinerary, so Cozumel may come before or after Costa Maya.

• Port Time Required: Your cruise ship must remain in port for at least 8 hours in both Cozumel and Costa Maya to participate in the complete 2-in-1 experience.

• Costa Maya Departure: Your Costa Maya tour departs one hour after your cruise arrives in port from Plaza Las Fuentes, located just outside the main access to Costa Maya Port.

• Costa Maya Meeting Point: Please note that the total walking time from your cruise ship to the meeting point is approximately 15 minutes.

• Cozumel Departure: Jeep and Buggy tours depart at 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM. Your departure will be coordinated according to your cruise schedule and selected tour option.

• Meeting Points: Both meeting points are located outside the cruise terminals. Complete directions and meeting instructions are provided with your booking.

• No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at either scheduled port, the corresponding excursion is eligible for a full refund.

• Weather & Water Activities: Tours operate rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the dayu2019s weather. Snorkeling, kayaking and other water activities may be modified or restricted due to wind, lightning or other unsafe weather conditions.

• Cozumel Tour Options: Entrance to Punta Sur or San Gervasio Mayan Ruins is included only when the corresponding option is selected at booking. Guests on the standard Jeep or Buggy tour enjoy additional beach time instead.

• Vehicles: Jeeps and buggies are shared vehicles for up to 4 participants. Buggies have manual transmission only, and driving experience is recommended.

• Drivers: A valid driveru2019s license is required to operate a Jeep or buggy. Drivers must be at least 21 years old.

• Snorkeling: Minimum snorkeling age is 8 years old. Participants must be comfortable swimming in open water and able to enter and exit the water independently.

• What to Bring: Bring comfortable walking shoes, swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, hat and sunscreen. We also recommend bringing some cash for souvenirs, personal purchases and additional food or beverages.

• Chacchoben Cameras & Tripods: A fee of approximately $5 USD applies to dedicated video cameras and is paid directly at Chacchoben. Tripods are not permitted inside the archaeological site.

• Wildlife & Marine Life: Wildlife and marine life are observed in their natural environments, so sightings of monkeys, tropical birds, fish and other species cannot be guaranteed.

• Alcohol: Included alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 years of age or older. Please drink responsibly and in moderation. Additional alcoholic beverages and premium drinks are not included.

• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for either scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund for the missed activity.

• Snorkeling is not recommended for guests with asthma, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or similar medical conditions.

• Pregnant guests or those with back/neck injuries, heart conditions, or mobility limitations should not participate.

• Maximum weight limit per participant is 250 pounds.

• Bacalar Kayaks: Maximum weight is 220 lbs for a single kayak and 270 lbs for a double kayak.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
