While sailing down the Arade River, we pass by 'zona ribeirinha' (riverside front) of Portimu00e3o, highlighting all the landmarks and local attractions of the area.
On the way to the open sea, we go down the Arade River passing by some landmarks as Portimu00e3o Museum and the Ruins of Su00e3o Francisco Monastery
Still on the Arade River, learn about the history of the ruins of a monastery that was destroyed by the biggest earthquake ever registered in Europe in 1755.
A charming traditional fishermanu00b4s village on the river side remoting back to the beginnings of our history.
Beautiful castle of Su00e3o Jou00e3o do Arade - learn about its history and importance for the protection of Silves town.
On exiting Arade River to the Ocean, we pass by Portimu00e3o Marina, highlighting itu00b4s main attractions.
After exiting the Arade river we start our expedition into the Atlantic Ocean in search of Dolphins, sea birds and any other marine species that often came across our way! Learn about the marine species sighted and the ecosystem from a biologist guide and a very expert captain. Experience the connection with the beautiful marine mammals that swim around the boat and take amazing photos and videos. nnThis is really a trip for ocean lovers as we sometimes navigate long and far in the open sea to find the Dolphins.
