• Your Grand Cayman adventure begins with pickup from the Seven Mile Beach area. Cruise guests meet at the Waterfront Centre, a short walk from the cruise port, while guests outside the pickup area or without hotel information meet at Cayman Falls Plaza, along the Seven Mile Beach corridor.nnAfter the ride to the marina, board your boat and cruise across the Caribbean toward Stingray City, one of Grand Caymanu2019s most iconic experiences.nnThen comes the moment you came for. Step into the warm, crystal-clear waters of the famous sandbar as majestic southern stingrays glide through the shallows around you. With water typically no more than 5 feet (1.5 meters) deep, experience these graceful creatures up close in their natural environment.nnEnjoy your time surrounded by turquoise Caribbean waters, learning about the stingrays from your crew and capturing incredible photos and memories of your Cayman adventure.

• Now itu2019s time to discover Grand Cayman beneath the surface. Your captain will select Coral Gardens or the Barrier Reef based on wind, waves, tides and crowds, taking you to the spot offering the best available snorkeling experience that day.nnSlip into the crystal-clear Caribbean with your provided snorkel gear and explore colorful coral formations, tropical fish and vibrant marine life with your friends and family.nnAfter your final swim, climb back aboard and enjoy one last cruise across the Caribbean, soaking in the turquoise views and island breeze as you make your way back to the marina.nnFrom there, weu2019ll take you back to your Seven Mile Beach hotel, the Waterfront Centre for the short walk to your ship, or Cayman Falls Plaza u2014 ending your adventure with incredible photos, Caribbean memories and plenty of stories to take home.

• Flotation Devices: Flotation devices for children under age 3 are not available. Parents or guardians must bring an appropriate flotation device for younger children.

• No port, no pay! Guaranteed full refund if your cruise ship does not call port in Grand Cayman at all

• Cruise Ship Guests: Please provide your cruise ship information at the time of booking so we can coordinate your tour with your shipu2019s schedule.

• From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.

• Hotel Pickup: Transportation is available within the Seven Mile Beach pickup area only. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking

• Outside Pickup Area / No Hotel Information: Guests staying outside the Seven Mile Beach pickup area or without accommodation information at the time of booking must meet at Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin.

• Tour Duration: Travel time is included in the total duration of the tour.

• Reef Snorkeling Location: Your captain will select Coral Gardens or the Barrier Reef based on wind, waves, tides and crowds to provide the best available snorkeling experience.

• What to Bring: Bring a towel, swimsuit, reef-safe sunscreen and a change of clothes if desired.

• Food & Drinks: Feel free to bring your own snacks, food or beverages if youu2019d like something additional or have a personal preference. Glass containers are not permitted on board.

• Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the dayu2019s weather. The tour will only be canceled due to weather or sea conditions if operations are restricted by the Cayman Islands Port Authority. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.

• Wildlife: Stingrays and other marine life are wild animals in their natural environment; wildlife sightings and behavior may vary.

• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

• Wheelchairs & Mobility: Transportation can accommodate foldable or collapsible wheelchairs only. Non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.

• Guests must be able to board and exit the boat independently. The boat sits approximately level with the dock, but boarding requires stepping across a wider-than-normal gap, so guests must have sufficient balance, stability and mobility.

• Guests participating in snorkeling should be comfortable swimming in open water. Life vests and snorkel vests are available.

• Children: Snorkeling equipment is available for ages 4 and older.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
