• Your Grand Cayman adventure begins with pickup from the Seven Mile Beach area. Cruise guests meet at the Waterfront Centre, a short walk from the cruise port, while guests outside the pickup area or without hotel information meet at Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin.nnAfter the ride to the marina, board your boat and cruise across the Caribbean toward Stingray City Sandbar, one of Grand Caymanu2019s most iconic experiences.nnThen comes the moment you came for. Step into the warm, crystal-clear shallows as majestic southern stingrays glide through the water around you. Spend approximately 45 minutes at the famous sandbar, experiencing these graceful creatures up close in their natural environment, learning about them from your experienced crew and capturing incredible photos surrounded by the turquoise Caribbean.nnThis adventure is all about Stingray City, giving you the chance to experience one of Grand Caymanu2019s must-see attractions without adding extra stops to your day.

• After your time at Stingray City, climb back aboard and enjoy one last cruise across the Caribbean, taking in the turquoise views as you make your way back to the marina.nnFrom there, your return transportation completes the adventure. Seven Mile Beach guests return to their hotel or accommodation, cruise guests return to the Waterfront Centre for the short walk back to their ship, and Cayman Falls guests return to their original meeting point u2014 with incredible photos and memories of their Stingray City adventure.

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

• Public transportation options are available nearby

• Infants are required to sit on an adultu2019s lap

• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels

• Children: Snorkeling equipment is available for children ages 4 and older. Flotation devices for children under age 3 are not available; parents or guardians must bring an appropriate flotation device.

• No port, no pay! Guaranteed full refund if your cruise ship does not call port in Grand Cayman at all

• Cruise Guests: Please provide your cruise ship information at the time of booking. Check-in is at the Waterfront Centre, a short walk from the cruise port.

• From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.

• Travel time is included in the total tour duration

• Seven Mile Beach Guests: Hotel pickup is available within the Seven Mile Beach area only. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking.

• Outside Pickup Area / No Hotel Information: Guests staying outside the Seven Mile Beach pickup area, or who do not provide accommodation information at the time of booking, must meet at Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin.

• Water Depth: Water at Stingray City Sandbar is typically no more than 5 feet (1.5 meters) deep. Water depth may vary with tides and conditions.

• What to Bring: Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and comfortable clothing for your tour.

• Food & Drinks: Water and fruit punch are included. Guests may bring their own snacks, food and beverages if desired. Glass containers are not permitted onboard.

• Weather: This tour operates rain or shine. Water activities may be modified or canceled if operations are restricted by the Cayman Islands Port Authority due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. If the operator cancels the tour for these reasons, guests will receive a full refund.

• Respect for Wildlife: Southern stingrays are wild animals observed in their natural environment. Please follow your crewu2019s instructions and respect the animals and their surroundings at all times. Sightings, proximity and behavior may vary, and specific wildlife interactions cannot be guaranteed.

• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

• Mobility: Transportation can accommodate foldable/collapsible wheelchairs only. Guests must be able to board and exit the boat independently. Boat boarding requires sufficient balance, stability and mobility.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
