What makes this experience special is the chance to explore a quieter side of South Iceland on horseback, following the Írá River through open countryside all the way to Írafoss Waterfall. Rather than simply riding near the farm, the route feels like a real journey through rural Iceland, with views of mountains, glaciers, farmland, and local sheep and cattle along the way.

You’ll also ride one of Iceland’s much-loved native horses, with a horse selected to match your experience level, making the tour accessible to beginners while still enjoyable for more experienced riders.
