  • Al Hamra Old Town is one of Oman's best-preserved historic villages, known for its striking mudbrick houses built into the mountainside over 400 years ago. Wander through narrow alleyways lined with traditional multi-storey homes, many still standing after centuries. The village offers a glimpse into old Omani life, with restored houses open to visitors, traditional wooden doors and windows, and panoramic views of the surrounding palm groves and mountains. A must-visit stop for anyone exploring the Al Dakhiliyah region.

  • Misfat al Abreyeen is characterised by its alleys, traditional buildings, high mud buildings, and agricultural terraces that wrap around the mountain, along with the old buildings. Misfat Al Abriyeen rises a thousand metres above sea level. The homes of its inhabitants are at the top of the mountain and their farms are on the slope. You will be amazed of the beautiful weather there and peaceful atmosphere.
