Itinerary
u2022 Tun Mustapha Tower (formerly known as Sabah Foundation Building); built in 1977, the sparkling 30-storey tower block is one of the few buildings in the world that utilize a single column structure.
u2022 KK City Mosque by far the largest mosque in Kota Kinabalu, the Kota Kinabalu City Mosque is even possibly the most beautiful one in Malaysia u2013 the man-made lagoon which surrounds it gives a serenely gorgeous and dramatic look to the mosque on a full moon night.
u2022 Visit Poh Toh Tze Buddhist Temple where you can see ten large statues of deities, including Kwan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy stand at the main entrance of the temple.
Before heading back to your hotel, make a brief stop at Signal Hill, where you will be greeted with a beautiful bird's eye view of the city skyline and nearby islands. Time permitting, your guide will stop at a local handicraft market for you to peruse unique local handmade works of art.
