Itinerary

  • Mina, located seven kilometers east of Masjid al-Haram, is where Hajj pilgrims spend the night on the 8th, 11th, and 12th (and some even on the 13th) of Dhul Hijjah. It is home to the Jamaraat (the three pillars), where pilgrims perform the symbolic stoning ritual as part of the Hajj rites.

  • Muzdalifah is an open area between Mina and Arafat, where pilgrims spend the night on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah. Here, they collect pebbles and perform the combined Maghrib and Isha prayers. Staying in Muzdalifah is a time for repentance, prayer, and seeking forgiveness from Allah. This location is an important part of the Hajj rituals, including standing at Arafat, which is one of the holiest days in Islam.

  • Masjid Al-Fath (u0645u0633u062cu062f u0627u0644u0641u062au062d) is a significant mosque located in the Jomoom area of Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It holds historical importance as it marks the spot where the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) camped with his companions during their journey to conquer Makkah. It was here that the Prophet and his companions rested after their march toward the city. The mosque is a symbol of the victory of Islam and a place of reflection on the early struggles and triumphs of the Muslim community.

  • Also known as Jabal-Ar-Rahmah or the Mount of Mercy, Mount Arafat is a hill in the valley of Arafat outside Makkah where Prophet (pbuh) gave his last sermon after completing Hajj.

  • Jabal-ur-Rehman (Mountain of Mercy) on the plain of Arafat. Standing at Arafat is the fundamental requirement of Hajj and pilgrims come here on the 9th Dhul Hijjah (second day of Hajj).

  • Mount Thawr (u062cu0628u0644 u062bu0648u0631) is an important historical site located near Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It is best known for being the place where the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companion, Abu Bakr (RA), took refuge during their migration (Hijrah) from Makkah to Madinah. The Prophet and his companion hid in the cave of Mount Thawr for three days to avoid the pursuit of the Quraysh, who were attempting to stop their migration.nnThe cave, known as Cave of Thawr (u063au0627u0631 u062bu0648u0631), is a significant symbol of courage, faith, and trust in Allah's protection during times of hardship. The site attracts many pilgrims and visitors, who reflect on the hardships faced during the early days of Islam and the protection granted by Allah.

  • Mount Hira (Jabal Hira), which lies about two miles from the Kau2019bah. Near the top is a small cave, a little less than 4 meters in length and a little more than one and a half meters in width. It was here that the Prophet Muhammad (ufdfa) received the first revelations of the Holy Quran during the month of Ramadhan in 610 CE.

  • Masjid Jinn, also known as Masjid Haras, is built on the place where the Prophet (ufdfa) drew a line for Abdullah bin Masu2019ood (may Allah be pleased with him) who had accompanied him after he had been commanded to recite the Quru2019an to the Jinn.
