Depending on your arrival time, you may take a short walk around the town or relax at your hotel. Your guide will provide information about the next day's activities before you enjoy the evening at your leisure. This first evening is the perfect opportunity to experience the island's slow pace of life and prepare for the following day's Jeep Safari adventure.
Start your day at your own pace. Breakfast is not included and can be enjoyed at your hotel or at a local cafu00e9 at your own expense. Then join your guide for a full-day 4x4 Jeep Safari across Maio's spectacular landscapes. Discover traditional villages, remote beaches, impressive sand dunes, salt flats and breathtaking coastal viewpoints while learning about the island's history, culture and traditions. Later, enjoy a traditional boat trip with local fishermen, offering a unique perspective of Maio's coastline and an authentic local experience. A traditional Cape Verdean lunch with bottled water and soft drinks is included at a local restaurant. After the excursion, return to your accommodation.
