Created and hosted by the founders of Tierra Mojada, The Mayan Cacao Ritual is an intimate adults-only experience limited to four guests. Every session is personally hosted, creating a personalized journey where you don’t just taste chocolate; you make it yourself.

Grind. Discover. Craft. Taste.

Your journey begins with cacao beans and a traditional volcanic stone metate. Grind the cacao by hand and transform it into a cacao paste, then use it to craft your own artisan truffles with premium seeds, nuts, and more.

Next, indulge in single-origin chocolate fondue paired with traditional Mexican sweets and chili mango. Finish with a chocolate pairing featuring premium Tequila, Mezcal, Wine, and Coffee Liqueur, discovering how different flavors reveal new dimensions in our single-origin chocolate.
