You will be collected up from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and driven to Dumela Tented Camp, where you will check in to your glamping site at 14:00.nnAfter some time to relax and enjoy the facilities, you will depart at 15:00 for a 3-hour afternoon sunset game drive in the Greater Kruger Blue Canyon in an open safari vehicle.nnYouu2019ll get to see some of the parku2019s most famous animals, such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes, before returning to camp about 19:00 for a great boma fire lunch and a tranquil night under the stars.
Wake up early in preparation for your full-day Kruger adventure. The exact departure times will be communicated to you the night before as it will be decided according to animal activity at the time to give you the best opportunity for game viewing.nnYour safari in Kruger will last about 7 to 8 hours, during which you will venture deep into the Orpen-Satara area, where your chances of seeing lions are better than anywhere else in the park.nnYou will return to the camp with ample time to unwind and get ready for a starlit dinner around the fire.
Youu2019ll wake up early to be ready for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park while predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas are still active and get to view the sunrise over the park, which is a spectacular sight.nnYour day may proceed in one of two ways: an early departure for Kruger National Park with a bush breakfast along the route and an earlier return, or having breakfast at the lodge first, departing and returning later.nnThe exact departure times will be communicated to you the night before as it will be decided according to animal activity at the time to give you the best opportunity for game viewing.nnYour Kruger Park safari will last 7 to 8 hours, so you should be back at the camp with plenty of time to relax by the fire before dinner.
You can start your last day with an optional 1-hour bushwalk before breakfast or lounge around camp and take in the last sights and sounds. After breakfast it is time for good-byes and your return to Johannesburg.
