Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

When you make a Booking through our Website, you are entering into a contract with us for the provision of booking services and with the Tour Operator for the provision of the actual tour or service. By completing a Booking, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Website are in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment for all Bookings must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website.

Booking Confirmation

After completing your Booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Booking details and Ticket information. This email serves as confirmation of your Booking. It is your responsibility to check that all Booking details are correct. Please contact us immediately if there are any errors.

Third-Party Tour Operators

We act as an intermediary between you and the Tour Operators. While we carefully select our Tour Operator partners, we are not responsible for the actual provision of the tour or service, which is the responsibility of the Tour Operator. Each Tour Operator may have their own terms and conditions that apply to your Booking, and it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You

Cancellation policies vary depending on the Tour Operator and the specific tour or service booked. The applicable cancellation policy will be clearly displayed during the booking process and in your Booking confirmation. Generally:

  • Flexible Tickets: May be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour date for a full refund.
  • Standard Tickets: May be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour date for a full refund.
  • Special Offer Tickets: May have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team through the methods provided in your Booking confirmation or on our Contact Us page.

Cancellation by Us or the Tour Operator

In rare circumstances, we or the Tour Operator may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, you will be offered:

  1. A rescheduling of your tour to another available date
  2. An alternative tour of equivalent value
  3. A full refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your booked tour at the scheduled time and date (“no-show”), you will not be eligible for a refund unless:

  1. You contact us at least 2 hours before the scheduled tour start time
  2. The no-show is due to exceptional circumstances beyond your control (documentation may be required)

Ticket Usage and Validity

Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the specific date(s) and time(s) indicated on the Ticket, unless otherwise stated (e.g., “open dated” tickets). The validity period will be clearly stated on your Ticket and in your Booking confirmation.
