  • The safari adventure kicks off with a 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM pickup from Johannesburg in an air-conditioned vehicle, including a short comfort stop during the 2 to 2.5-hour drive, arriving at Pilanesberg Game Reserve by 9:00 AM for a 3-hour open-vehicle game drive led by experienced rangers to spot the Big Five, followed by a transfer to Tlou Tented Safari Camp by 12:00 PM for check-in and relaxation by the pool or boma area, a 3-hour sunset safari from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and a return for an authentic South African boma dinner featuring braai, bobotie, and local stews.
