Authentic Rustic Safari in the Heart of the Greater Kruger. Tucked away in a dense riverine forest inside Manyeleti Game Reserve, our 5 charming, rustic safari tents feature open-air en-suite bathrooms with hot showers and toilets, raised wooden decks, and comfortable double beds. Tents now have full power and fans and mosquito nets. Relax on your private deck and watch elephants, nyalas, and more wander by the in-camp waterhole. Manyeleti (“Place of Stars”) is the unfenced northern extension of the world-famous Sabi Sands, borders the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, and lies directly against Kruger National Park. Depart from O. R. Tambo International Airport in a comfortable shuttle and travel through the scenic Lowveld towards Hoedspruit. From there, continue to Ndzhaka Tented Camp where youu2019ll arrive in time for a late lunch.nnAfter check-in, take some time to relax and settle into the tranquil bush surroundings before heading out on your first exciting sunset game drive, which continues into a night drive in search of the reserveu2019s nocturnal wildlife.nnReturn to camp in the evening for a memorable bush boma dinner under the African stars, the perfect way to end your first day on safari.
Depart the camp early with a packed breakfast for a full day exploring the renowned Kruger National Park. The safari focuses on the Orpen and Satara regions, an area famous for its open savannah and one of the highest concentrations of lions in Africa, offering exceptional opportunities for wildlife sightings.nnReturn to camp in the afternoon and enjoy some leisure time to relax and soak in the peaceful bush surroundings.nnEnd the day with dinner at camp followed by an overnight stay.
