The famous Fingernail Island (Hon Mong Tay or u201cHu00f2n Mu00f3ng Tayu201d) in Phu Quoc is located in the An Thoi archipelago and is part of the Phu Quoc Marine Park. Not to be confused with the northern Fingernail Island located off the coast of Vung Bau, the fingernail island located in An Thoi is your typical idyllic u201cRobinson Crusoeu201d like island u2013 so much in fact that the locals even call it u201cHon Robinsonu201d (Hon means island in Vietnamese).
Hon Gam Ghi is an idyllic island and it is part of the An Thoi archipelago which consist of 17 different small islands. This island has a few lovely beaches and it is surrounded by coral. The beach here is very picturesque and you feel like you are truly in paradise. The sand here is a soft powdery white and the sea is clean and turquoise in color. The reef around the island is shallow which makes it perfect for snorkelling. The are a few hard coral species here. In terms of marine life, you may be able to see small fish, sea worms, and a variety of shell fish.
May Rut Island is located 10 kilometers south of An Thoi Town and it is widely considered to be one of Phu Quoc's best u201call aroundu201d island. The island is privately owned by a small family who have been living here for many years and welcome all tourists to explore what this island has to offer. There's a nice white sand beach, offshore snorkeling and freediving opportunities, camping, and more all to be had on May Rut Island.
Depends on the condition of the sea wave, we will select the good place around Hon Thom island for second snorkeling before coming back to the pier.
Back to An Thoi pier then transfer to your hotel .
