Upon arrival, embark on a 2-hour walk in Plovdivu2019s old town with a convenient audio-guide in your chosen language. nnDiscover the cityu2019s rich history, which spans Thracian, Roman, Byzantine, Medieval Bulgarian, Ottoman, Revival Bulgarian, and Soviet periods. Stroll through the old Revival houses from the 19th century, admire the Roman theater and stadium, and take in the views from Nebet Hill. Walk along the main street, officially the longest pedestrian street in Europe.nnIn this area you will also find a lot of restaurants, where you can have a lunch break. Or if you are interested in wines, we will recommend you a great place with a cozy atmosphere, where you will be able to try some of the most popular local wines. nnAfter the lunch break, you can check some of the souvenir shops in the central area or visit some of the popular museums such as Klianti house or the Big Basilica. nnAt around 3:30 PM, begin your journey back to Sofia, arriving at your hotel by 5:30 PM.
