Overview
Join us for a day exploring the natural landscapes of Osum Canyon and Bogove Waterfall
Along the way, we will stop at several viewpoints where you can take photos and enjoy the views over Osum Canyon. We will also walk along the rim of the canyon before starting a 1.5-hour exploration inside the canyon, including hiking and swimming
The tour continues to Bogove National Park, where you can take a short hike to Bogove Waterfall and, if you wish, swim in its clear, cool waters.
We will stop in the town of Poliçan, which was established during the communist period as a center for weapons production. Your guide will share the history of the town. Seasonal Note: From July to September, when water levels are lower, we can explore the canyon on foot. During the rest of the year, higher water levels make canyon exploration unsafe, so the tour focuses on visiting the viewpoints and enjoying the scenery, and also a hike above the canyon

Itinerary
Meet in the morning at our office and drive in the Canyon Direction. Make a stop in Polican, a small town founded during communist times to produce weapons. See the factories from a distance and learn more about their history.
Take a hike to Bogove Waterfall - the journey to the waterfall goes across the forest of Bogove Park. The stream coming down and the trees make the hike pleasant. Once we arrive at the waterfall, we will have a stop there and for those who dare - to jump and swim in the cold waters of the waterfall.
Osum Canyon u2013 During the summer months, when the water level is lower, we will explore the second part of Osum Canyon. Accompanied by our guide, we will make our way through the canyon by combining hiking and swimming, giving you the chance to experience its unique rock formations, narrow passages, and clear waters up close. This part of the tour takes approximately 1.5u20132 hours, including the return.nnDuring spring, autumn, and winter, the water level inside the canyon is much higher, making it unsafe to enter. Instead, we will hike along the top of the canyon, stopping at several viewpoints to admire the landscape from above. Along the way, your guide will share information about the canyon's geology, history, and natural environment, while you enjoy plenty of opportunities to take photos and appreciate the scenery from different perspectives.
